Journaling was so far the best way for me to organize my chaotic thoughts and shape it into something apprehensible. Honestly though most of my art works wouldn’t look real great. It helped to vent it out. And this book contains some of my most inspiring works that reflects my writings style and mood.
There are also things such as therapeutic journal that are meant help you control your symptoms and improve your mood. Though some people out there might find this idea vague. But if you are coping with anxiety or long term melancholia, maintaining a personal journal is a can help. It doesn’t have to be great and super dazzling like in those tutorials but it should be something of your own creation and flowing thoughts or fears jotted into the paper. That can probably help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health.

Though now I don’t have much free time to get back to art Journaling stuff. But to those spending vacation in lockdown and stuff. This is one way to you spend time with yourself and discover self love and creativity. Life isn’t just about getting along with your chaos and accepting yourself as a mess, often it is shappening your chaos into the most beautiful from of art and beauty. It may not always be easy when you begin, but don’t give up just because your insecurities and ego says that ‘this is not enough’ we were born for far better things than just being a stock of sarcasm and overwhelming emptiness. Know yourself ✨
