i am privileged to live in a world upheld by a billion women, where each of them comes together to weave another billion life and pass down the magic before they leave. i am far privileged to be a girl child with the choice of her own freedom that my grandmothers could not have in their youth. and today, upon all the sacrifices of the mothers and women before me. here i stand bold upon my feet with the responsibility to raise a flag and support another generation of women. here we are all, calling each other as sisters and holding the spine of every female on earth. here we are bold and blooming with the bodies that bears the sky and ocean. here we are today, as a woman, as a daughter, as a sister, as a mother, as a wife. here we are, all beautiful with our marks and makings.
